Mariano is originally from Asturias, Spain. A CORU (State Registered) Physiotherapist, a registered massage therapist with the Irish Association of Physical Therapists with over 10 years’ experience also in fitness coaching.
Working in banking and finance executive high-pressured roles, he began training with a Strength and Conditioning coach to take control of his own fitness and health.
Following a natural path of career progression in health care, Mariano developed an interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and became a Physical Therapist as well as a State Registered Physiotherapist after graduating from the Irish Institute of Physical Therapy.
