Giner and John F. Cimino Jr. opened the senior care center with a shared vision to treat those in their charge with compassion and respect. A former emergency room nurse, Giner also has experience working as a nurse for the elderly and mentally challenged in long-term care communities. Raised by parents who taught her to care for and help others, Giner dreamt of owning her own board and care facility.
